Jamie Griffin is a singer / songwriter based on the Isle of Wight.
He plays around most pubs on the island but other places include Guilford and the Cotswolds. He has just come back from a successful month in Germany gigging. 2006 saw him play at the famous cavern club and the Nokia I.O.W festival with a total of 260 live performances. He plays solo but sometimes as a duo with various others.
Being a songwriter he has written a number of songs that are available to listen to and buy at his gigs. He writes and record his music in his own home studio. He plays Blues, Jazz, Folk and some of today’s artists songs as well as his own. He has been playing guitar since he was 4 with influences such as Eric Clapton, Paul Weller and Elton John and local influences such as J.C and Angelina and Paul Armfield. Jamie plays the acoustic guitar but also likes to play Mandolin and Harmonica.

shows a great deal of smooth showmanship ,lyricaly good tune wise, good vocals for the most part a few weak spots but otherwise very nice feel. but number one was erratic @ best are hard to follow it could be the european VS english style or version i did not find that quite as entertaining as #2 so i would say #1 had timing issues and vocal issues with the music i heard.
