Currently living in Richmond, Virginia – Darryl began his professional music career over 20 years ago. Growing up listening to the sounds of Motown mixed with his Mother's love of Country and Bluegrass, some of his earliest memories revolve around music.
A self-described “singer and guitar strummer,”Darryl Ellyson's delivery of country blues harkens back to sounds of Conway Twitty and Elvis Presley. Todays country music scene is in desperate need of the soulful country blues that this artist delivers with spot on vocals and the emotion of a seasoned veteran.
