Doug Hudson is a Traditional and Outlaw Country Music Artist that has been entertaining audiences since the age of seven. Now at the age of twenty six he has been traveling and thrilling audiences all over the United States. Doug started his musical career in Country Gospel Music as most artist do. Doug has been recognized as one of the first to present his style of Christian Country and has helped bring the popularity of Christian Country to the fore front. Long before the recent craze started with "Wine Into Water" by T. Graham Brown, "Three Wooden Crosses" by Randy Travis, "Long Black Train" by Josh Turner, and "Jesus Take The Wheel" by Carrie Underwood, Doug was performing Christian Country Music since his start. Producing chart topping hits such as "I'm Going All The Way" which reached 11 on The TOP 40, "Are You Ready?" which reached 13, "Empty Places" a duet with Grand Ole Opry Star, Ernie Ashworth which reached 20. His biggest hit to date is "Let's Put God Back In Our Country" which reached 1 in the year of 2003. Doug is a member of the CGMA based in Branson, Missouri and was named "2003 CGMA Male Vocalist of The Year" and "2002 CGMA Band Of The Year" Doug has recorded on compilation with Johnny Cash, Freddie Hart, Ernie Ashworth and Jack Greene and just to name a few. Doug's unique style is a blend of traditional country with influences from George Jones, Waylon Jennings, Kenny Hinson to Vern Gosdin. Doug has been guest at The Grand Ole Opry twice and has appeared on the cover of SGN Scoops Magazine. Doug is a true entertainer and will bring your audience a great night of Traditional and Outlaw Country Music. Doug has also recently appeared on the national television show "Niteline" on Dove Broadcasting Network.

great overall sound

i heard a couple of sound track boo boos but most folks would never know about them. like the smoothness of your voice still needs a bit of reverb to add a bass and extra touch consider this as a expeirment before your next recording. even the big guys use to reverb on vocals to add that extra sexy sound to their voice try it out. great sound great tune great feel a little dry vocaly but you pulled it off beautifully

I love this track. Love the Waylon, George Jones influences. Outside the Nashville mainstream and that's just fine. Doug Hudson sounds like a true, fine outlaw. Unfortunately a dying breed.
